  • Assist you in understanding your current Home Care Agreement with your existing provider.
  • Communicate with your current Home Care provider with your consent.
  • Facilitate a smooth transfer to our services.
  • Take the first step towards accessing support by registering for My Aged Care and checking your eligibility. Contact My Aged Care at 1800 200 422 or complete their convenient self-service form online. If found eligible, My Aged Care will arrange for an assessor to visit your home or your family member's residence. During this visit, the assessor will evaluate needs and determine the required level of support at home.

    The approval process typically takes 1 to 6 months. Once a Home Care Package is assigned, you can nominate your preferred service provider, such as RM Care Services, to commence services

    While waiting for the government assessment process, which can take time, consider privately funding your care services for immediate support.

    This temporary solution enables you to access Home Care services promptly, providing a viable option for those who prefer immediate approval of their Home Care Package.
