Rosy Thapa
Director
Rosy has extensive experience in the clinical field and has specialized in quality and compliance within the aged care sector since 2014.
Rosy holds a Master’s degree in Health Services Management and Planning and is an Infection Prevention and Control Lead. Rosy has served as a Clinical Consultant, Facility Manager, Care Manager, and Registered Nurse in both aged care and home care services.
Merina Suwal
Director
Merina is a compassionate nurse with extensive experience in the aged care sector since 2011, providing patient care in public hospitals, community home care, and residential aged care homes. She has worked as a Facility Manager, Clinical Care Manager, Quality Risk and Compliance Specialist, and Registered Nurse. Merina holds a Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and is an Infection Prevention and Control Lead in aged care.
